Эти карты очень полезны. Если ты научишься грамотно двигаться, то сам не заметишь, как вырастет твой скилл(и член). Выучив пару сложных прыжков, ты будешь удивлять противников своей скоростью. К сожалению подобные карты существуют только для этих трех мап, но сейчас я расскажу, как можно тренировать и другие.
Выбираешь карту, заходишь на сервер. В консоли прописывашь следующие команды.
Bot_kick
Sv_cheats 1
Bind v noclip — вместо v можешь поставить любую другую, удобную тебе кнопку.

После всех проделанных манипуляций можешь приступать к тренировке. Просто бегай по карте в течении 10-15 минут. Наводись на предполагаемую позицию противника, тренируй прыжки.Еще одной классной вещью является просмотр демок про-игроков. Можно многому научиться. Также советую смотреть стримы игроков с FPL-а

Как натренировать зажим в CS:GO: теория и карты для отработки
Зажимай как Симпл!
Зажимы – основной вид стрельбы в CS:GO, позволяющий быстро убить нескольких противников. Многие не умеют правильно зажимать – пули летят куда угодно, но не в противника. Поэтому я подготовил для вас гайд по тренировке зажимов.
У каждого оружия есть свой спрей-паттерн. Это линия, показывающая обратную отдачу от зажима. И если вести мышь по спрей-паттерну, то все пули будут лететь в одну точку. Посмотреть спрей-паттерн можно в интернете, но лучше – на специальной карте “Recoil Master – Spray Training” от разработчика aim botz.
На левом стенде выберите желаемое оружие, после этого стреляйте по мишени впереди. На верхнем экране будет показано, как вести мышь. При желании можно включить дополнительные настройки – движущуюся точку, за которой нужно будет двигать прицел, чтобы спрей шел точно в центр, мишень террориста или бесконечные патроны.
После того, как запомнили движения мышки, переходим к тренировке на практике. Нам потребуется две aim-карты – aimbotz и csgohub. На aimbotz тренируем зажим по статичным соперникам – оставляем для ботов лишь одну зону, после чего зажимаем по ним, после убийства одного бота – переводитесь на второго и т.д. Для начала одним магазином вы должны убивать хотя бы трех ботов. При идеальном спрее 30 патронов должно хватить на 7-8 ботов.
CsgoHUB полезен для тренировок по двигающимся ботам. Включаем режим, при котором боты будут бежать на нас, и снова стараемся зажимать по как можно большему количеству ботов. Но основной упор делайте не на количество киллов, а на их качество. Старайтесь держать прицел на одном уровне, даже при переводах не допускайте «тряски».
После того, как вы поняли, что легко убиваете ботов зажимом, время идти на ДМ. Подойдет как обычный DM, так и HSDM. Вообще, на дезматче куда легче научиться стрельбе тапами, но и для спрей контроля он отлично подходит. Теперь все свои умения, полученные против ботов, нужно будет объединить с движением – на ДМе никто не даст вам зажимать с одного места весь матч.
- Не на всех оружиях получится идеально спреить, у Фамаса и Галила очень сложный спрей-паттерн, поэтому даже на про-уровне с них зажимают криво.
- На тренировках старайтесь постоянно отходить как можно дальше от цели. В упор зажать сможет любой, а спрей контроль на дальней дистанции поможет вам в реальных матчах (совет не относится к фармганам, их тренируйте только на близкие позиции)
